How to place my order ?
To place an order on our website, please follow the following steps:
- While browsing through our page, if you see something that catches your eye and would like to buy it, select the necessary details such as Quantity, Brand, Size, etc.
- You can check out the Size Chart for reference.
- Then, click on the “Add to Cart” icon.
- Once you’ve filled your cart with everything you love, click on the Cart icon in the top right corner of your window.
- Check to see if all the selected products are available in the cart.
- Now, select your mode of payment and fill in the necessary details such as mobile number, email id, shipping address, etc.
- After double-checking the details, place your order.
- You can then sit back, relax and dream about how awesome you’d look with our products in hand !
- Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message through email and SMS
- After the order has been shipped, you will receive another message via email and SMS along with the tracking number. You can then track your order easily.
How to check my order status ?
- To check the status of your order, click on “Track Order” given below.
- Then, enter your order number and email address in the appropriate boxes.
- Once you press “Track”, your order status will be displayed
How long does it take for my order to get delivered ?
- An order placed from within the country ( United States ) is delivered within 3-7 business days. For International Shipping it usually takes around business10-20 days This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.
What if my order doesn't get delivered ?
- Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, kindly do contact us [email protected] for refund or another replacement .
How do i cancel my order ?
- We request you to send an e-mail to [email protected] with your following request.
- Prepaid orders can be cancelled at any instance, but it has to be done within the first four hours of placing the order to get a refund to your original payment method. Past that point, the refund shall be credited to your Cover It Up account. Please note that a refund will take 5-7 days to reflect in your original bank account .
What to do if i forget my password ?
- This happens to the best of us. We can’t all be Batman to have a photographic memory. So we’ve made the process of generating a new password hassle-free. All you have to do is click on the “Forget Password” option while logging in, and an email with a link to reset your password shall be sent.
Do you accept order on customizing products ?
- We’re happy to tell you that we most certainly do. You can customize your own phone cover, Posters , t-shirts , hoodies , stickers etc with the design your case option .Please feel free to contact our customer experience team who are happy to help you out with your queries.

What is the price for the shipping?
- Shipping Charges vary for every product according to the region , we also provide free shipping above 150$ cart value.
- Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.

Please do not self-ship any product back to our facility unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.

* In case of manufacturing defects:
- If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, damage during shipment, manufacturing defects, firstly, we offer our apologies. Furthermore, you can send an email to [email protected] within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
- While sending us an email, please attach necessary pictures and videos that may describe your issue better. This will help speed the process up.
- Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they will help you with a free replacement or a full refund on the amount paid by you.

APPARELS:
* In case of manufacturing defects:
- If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, receiving the wrong item, manufacturing defects, firstly, we apologize. However, there is an easy fix. You can send an email to [email protected] within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
- Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed, we will initiate a reverse pickup. The product will be picked up from you in 2-3 business days and will reach our facility in 7 business days. Once we receive it back in our facility, the product will go through a quality check, after which, we will dispatch the changed product to you.
- Please be informed that the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it depends on the availability of the item in the stock.
